Construction Monitoring

Keep construction progress in clear view.

Regular drone flyovers give property managers and owners a comparable view of progress on site. Follow changes and share updates without making a site visit every time.

Start with the property address and a short description.

For property managers

Consistent viewpoints

Keep an eye on the project, even from a distance

Whether it is a new building or a renovation at a property you manage, regular drone imagery gives you a clear record of what has changed on site.

The whole site in view

Overview photos bring the construction site, access routes and surroundings into one picture.

Progress over time

Repeat flights from consistent viewpoints help you compare the site on different dates.

Documentation to share

Dated photos give the owner, builder and site supervisor a common reference for their discussions.

Less explaining. More progress you can see.

You should not need to piece together a new overview for every project meeting. A consistent photographic record helps you show completed work, spot changes and keep the owner informed.

The right view at the right moment

New construction

Keep a visual record from the first works through to the building’s handover.

Renovation projects

Follow roof, façade or landscaping works at the properties you manage.

Owner updates

Support regular updates with photos that make changes easy to understand.

A visual project history that is easy to share

Skyview keeps inspections together by property and date. Open earlier material, add observations and share a common reference with the owner or your partners.

Good to know before you book

Tell us about your property and what you need. We’ll help define the scope.

How often should we photograph the site?

The right frequency depends on the pace of work. Monthly or fortnightly surveys create a consistent record; flights can be more frequent during fast-moving stages. We agree on a schedule that suits your project.

Will the flight disrupt construction?

We coordinate with the site manager and account for cranes, lifting work and other activity. The timing and flight conditions are planned to keep disruption to a minimum.

What will I receive, and can I compare different dates?

We agree on the overview photos you need, with 4K video and orthophoto maps available on request. Consistent viewpoints and dated inspections help you compare changes over time.

Can I book a single flight or ongoing monitoring?

Both are possible. For a quote, send the site address, expected project duration and preferred flight frequency. We will agree on the deliverables, schedule and price with you.
